A spacious gymnasium located on the outskirts of Bristol with water filled and traditional punchbags. 'Floor-to-ceiling' balls, speed balls and three boxing rings. A large weight training area with 26 weight machines and free weights, machines and treadmills. Male and female saunas.

Competent and experienced coaching by:

Tex Woodward (B.B.B. of C. Licenced Manager - Trainer/Second). Ex-RAF, West Ham A.B.C and international coach at three commonwealth games.
