Now 8 wins out of 8 and his first 6 x 3min. round fight under his belt, Tex Woodward says it is time his protégé, Danny Butler, ‘hit the road’ and fought in other boxers ‘backyard’.

There has been talk of a Western Area Title fight in Bristol in December, but Woodward says, “Danny is only 19 years old, he has plenty of time to fight for a title, I just want to keep him active”.
